My Health Record
Your Health Information & My Health Record
To ensure you receive the most integrated and efficient care, South West Radiology participates in the Australian Government’s My Health Record program.
How It Works
By default, our system is configured to automatically upload your radiology reports and key images to your My Health Record. This allows your GP, specialists, and hospital teams to view your results instantly, reducing the need for duplicate tests and physical films.
- Automatic Upload: Unless you advise us otherwise, your results will be sent to your digital record.
- Accessibility: You can view your own results via the My Health Record portal or the myGov app (note: there may be a standard 7-day delay before reports appear for patients to allow your doctor time to discuss them with you first).
